Update Your Blog From Your Browser

ScribeFire is a add-on to Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Apple Safari. This add-on allows you to post directly to your blog from the browser you are using. Once you install this program you will see a notepad icon in the lower right hand area of your browser screen.

FYI – Please note that if you are using WordPress (You Host Your Blog) you will need to enable Remote Publishing options. There are two that should be checked in order to use any remote publishing client.

Here is how to set up Scribe Fire for your Hosted Blog using Mozilla Firefox:

Click on the Notepad Icon (right bottom corner)

ScribeFire Account Wizard will start

Fill in your blog url, click Next

You will need to select what blogging platform your blog is using, click Next

Enter your Username and Password for your blog

The program will then verify your blog, click Next

Click Finish

I found this awesome video about ScribeFire – Check It Out!!!
